Good dress but bad support

We ordered the same dress but in white color and received it recently. It is not in website now.
The customer support is bad and insulting after ordering the product even though the dress n material is good.. we were looking for matching hairband as shown in dress image.

They told it's separate and chargeable. So not needed now.
But wanted to clarify on why it's shown along with dress images because we see one more different hairband to add as option while ordering which confuses customer that both hairbands are different and the one shown in product would be included. The customer support doesn't understand the issue and replies in a insulting way.
I had a thought to continue buying here going forward for my baby after receiving the dress which I regret now and I don't recommend to buy here if you look for "good customer support"..

You mentioned that headband charges are extra — yes, we do not provide any add-on products for free. Add-on items must be selected separately, and additional charges will apply.

If you require a headband, you need to select the option, and the additional charges will be applied. As these are handmade products, pricing may vary accordingly.
