How Do I Care For My Clothing?
In some cases when delivery agent tried to contact the customer and they were not attended the call, they mark delivery on shipment portal. So it shows the item has been successfully delivered. But the customer couldn't get the item. Customer contact the seller and ask us, item has not delivered but we receive notification as item has been delivered. At that time, we contacted the delivery service and make a case against them. It take 3-4 days tat to get a proper revert. So we need 4 days time to issue refund to our clients. So please be patient against the refund. We will issue refund to your account with in 4 days time. We won't initiate the refund to any other account. Refund only issue on original payment account only

Returns & Refunds
How To Cancel My Order
- Order Cancellation is only available within 7 hours of order placing.
- In some emergency situations, customer don’t want this item after manufacturing is done, there will be a restock fee of 7% which is deduct from your refund balance amount (cancellation is only applicable for certain emergency situations only)

Can I Exchange Items?
Customers should follow a defined exchange process, which often involves contacting customer support, filling out an exchange form, or initiating the process through the online store Exchange Order
Can I Return Or Exchange Items?
We do not offer refunds to any customers. (applicable in some cases)
Refund Is Applicable, When?
Product which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
Products not as per description on the website OR a wrong item sent.
Gift Vouchers are not returnable.
Reverse Pickup Charge
For exchanging orders, customers have to pay Rs.100 as reverse shipment Courier Charge
Eligible Time Frame
Exchange orders are typically accepted within a specific time frame from the date of delivery. This time frame is within 7 working days with the date of delivery
Self Return Process
In some cases, return pickup is not available in some remote areas. At that point, you are responsible for sending back the item. So you don’t have to pay reverse shipment charge Rs.100. After dispatching the item please share tracking details to our email id info@stanwellskids.in
Customers are usually required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or photograph of the return package to validate the exchange request.
Refund Time Period:
For defective/damaged items, we will issue refund. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to your account. It takes 7 to15 working days maximum to reflect in your account in the original payment mode.
