At Stanwells Kids, we want to make the exchange process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please follow the steps below to exchange your item(s):

1. Open Our Website: Visit www.stanwellskids.in.
2. Access Exchange Order: Click on the Exchange Order option located in the menu.
3. Enter Your Details: Input your Order ID and the email address used for the purchase.
4. Select Products for Exchange: Choose the product(s) you wish to exchange. If you need a different product, click on All Products to browse our catalog.
5. Select Product & Size: Select the desired product and choose the appropriate size.
6. Complete Payment: If there is any price difference, complete the payment process for the new product. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the exchange details.
7. Pickup & Shipping: Our team will arrange pickup of the item(s) you wish to exchange. After pickup is done, we will ship the new item(s) to you.
8. Confirmation: You will receive an email with the tracking details of your new item(s) once they are shipped.

Customers should follow the defined process, which often involves contacting customer support, filling out the required form, or initiating the process through the online store.

Exchange Order

We do not offer refunds to any customers. Refunds may be applicable in some cases.

• Product received in damaged, defective or broken condition.
• Products not as per the description on the website, or a wrong item was sent.
• Gift vouchers are not returnable.

For exchanging orders, customers have to pay Rs.100 as a reverse shipment courier charge.

Exchange orders are typically accepted within a specific time frame from the date of delivery. The time frame is within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

In some cases, return pickup is not available in remote areas. At that point, you are responsible for sending back the item, and you do not have to pay the Rs.100 reverse shipment charge.

After dispatching the item, please share the tracking details with us at info@stanwellskids.in.

Customers are usually required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or photograph of the return package, to validate the exchange request.

For defective or damaged items, we will issue a refund. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check.

Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product. After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to your account. It can take 7-15 working days maximum to reflect in your account in the original payment mode.

• Hand Wash: Gently hand wash the garment in a basin or sink using a mild detergent. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, as this can cause stretching or damage.
• Dry Cleaning: Some delicate or special fabrics, such as wool, silk, or certain embellished materials, may require dry cleaning. Take the garment to a professional dry cleaner for proper care.
• Read Care Labels: Always check the care labels on your clothing for specific instructions. They provide important information about the fabric and recommended washing methods.
• Use Cold Water: Washing in cold water helps prevent colours from fading and minimizes the risk of shrinking. It also conserves energy compared to using hot water.
• Avoid Overloading the Machine: Overloading the washing machine can lead to ineffective cleaning and increased wear on clothing. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for load size.
• Zip Zippers and Fasten Buttons: Before washing, zip up zippers, fasten buttons, and close hooks to prevent snagging and damage to other items in the load.
