- For exchange orders, there will be 100/- extra as reverse shipping charge
- Gift Vouchers and shipping charges are non- refundable.
- For Customised orders, No exchange No refunds
- Product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; washed products cannot be returned/exchanged.
- The product tags should be intact with their original packing otherwise, we will not be able to process your exchange request.
- We are truly dedicated to offering you the best quality products. We will providing top-notch products and it is essential for building trust with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. However, there is a minute possibility that the item may be damaged during transit (like a Pearl has been peeled off from which its glued, Embroidery bead or thread is Brocken) all such case we will take whole responsibility to correct the same and send it back without losing its original look & quality. Stanwells kids will bear the up and down transit charges for such cases.

- We are not providing exchange or returns to some heavy products. So before ordering, kindly check with the size chart and estimate delivery period.
We accept the return of products in unused condition with original tags and will be subjected to our inspection.
- Order Cancellation is only available within 18 hours of order placing.
- Our 80% of orders are on make on demand only. Once we received an order, we will handover it to stitching department. Once the stitching is finished, we cannot cancel the item.
- If the order is forwarded for production/shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In case of some unexpected issues, you want to cancel the order which is crossed 18 hrs from the time of order but still, Stanwells Kids either not taken for production or shipped, In such cases we can cancel your order but a 5% transaction charge (payment gateway) will be deducted and refund the balance amount.
- In some emergency situations, customer don’t want this item after manufacturing is done, there will be a restock fee of 7% which is deduct from your refund balance amount (cancellation is only applicable for certain emergency situations only)
- Refund is applicable, when?
- Product which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
- Products not as per description on the website OR a wrong item sent.
- Gift Vouchers are not returnable.

- If you feel any difficult in exchange orders through website, Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request for exchange order. Please mention your Order Id or screenshot of the order and reason behind the exchange order.
- Eligible Timeframe: Exchange orders are typically accepted within a specific time frame from the date of delivery. This time frame is within 7 working days with the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: The product being returned for exchange should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Reason for Exchange: Customers may be asked to specify the reason for the exchange. Common reasons include size issues / incorrect sizing
- Exchange for the same / different Product: In all cases exchange is for different or same product, Once the pickup agent is collected the item from there, we will ship the item as immediately.
- Defective Products: If the exchange is due to a defective product, customers may need to provide clear evidence of the defect, which could include photographs or a detailed description. You can send the details in our mail id email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for exchange unless they are defective.
- Refund time period: For defective/damaged items, we will issue refund. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to your account. It takes 7 to15 working days maximum to reflect in your account in the original payment mode.
- Self return process: In some cases, return pickup is not available in some remote areas. At that point, you are responsible for sending back the item. So you don’t have to pay reverse shipment charge Rs.100. After dispatching the item please share tracking details to our email id email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org Customers are usually required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or photograph of the return package to validate the exchange request.
- Reverse pickup charge: For exchanging orders, customers have to pay Rs.100 as reverse shipment charge.
- Exchange product value: Customer can only exchange a product which is higher than or equal to the previous purchase price. Refund is not allowing for exchange orders. In some cases, customers need a low range item than their previous purchase price then the balance amount is returned as a gift voucher which can be redeemed on your next purchase within 3 months from the date of issue.
- Discount coupons & Gift cards : For exchange orders, Discount coupons / Gift vouchers are not acceptable.
- No Exchange for Specific Products: For certain heavy products, We are not providing exchange or returns. So before ordering, kindly check with the size chart and estimate delivery period. Those products we mentioned it on product page. Once you make ordered we cannot make any changes. This policy is only applicable from 25th November 2023
