Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Stanwells Kids, we are committed to delivering a smooth and trusted shopping experience. If you face any sizing issues or receive a damaged item, the following policy outlines our guidelines for exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.


โœ… Important Notes:

  • Refunds are not offered under regular conditions (only under specific cases).

  • For damaged or defective items, return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
    ๐Ÿ“ฆ A clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement.
    โŒ Claims without video will be rejected.

  • For minor transit damage (e.g., a pearl has come off, embroidery bead/thread broken):

    • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    • A video showing the issue is required.

    • โœ… Stanwells Kids will repair and resend the item without compromising original quality.

    • ๐Ÿšš Stanwells Kids will bear both-way transit costs in such cases.

  • Reverse shipping charge of โ‚น100 applies for exchange requests (if pickup is available).

  • Gift vouchers and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customized products:

    • โŒ Not eligible for exchange or return

    • โŒ Not eligible for discounts

  • Products must be unused and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Washed or worn items will not be accepted.

โŒ Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Products:

  • Certain heavy products

  • Ready to Ship items

  • Lucky Sizes items

  • Customized or Personalized products

  • Couture Collection Products:
    For products under the Couture Collection category, exchanges are only allowed for fitting issues. The item can be exchanged for the same design in a different size. Exchange for a different design is not applicable.

๐Ÿ” Exchange Policy

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Request an exchange by:

    • Filling out the online exchange form (link to be provided), or

    • Emailing info@stanwellskids.in with:

      • Order ID

      • Reason for exchange

      • Clear photos or a video (if applicable)

  • Accepted reasons include:

    • Size issues

    • Wrong item received

    • Damaged/defective product


๐Ÿ’ธ Exchange Terms & Charges:

  • Reverse Pickup Charge: โ‚น100 (waived if self-returned)

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you must self-return the product and share the tracking ID.

  • If the exchange item is of lower value, the balance will be issued as a gift voucher (valid for 3 months).

  • Gift vouchers and discount codes cannot be used on exchange orders.

  • Couture Collection: Size exchanges only; no design change permitted.

  • Some heavy items are limited to same-item exchange only.



๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or brokenย 

โ— Please note:

  • Gift vouchers are non-returnable

  • Shipping and self-return courier costs are non-refundable


โณ Refund Process & Timeline:

  1. Returned product will go through a quality check.

  2. Allow 7โ€“10 days for the return to reach us.

  3. Refund will be processed within 7โ€“15 working days after approval, to the original payment method.


โŒ Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of placement.

  • Once production has started, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If cancelled after 5 hours but before production, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • If cancelled after production (valid emergencies only), a 7% restocking fee will apply.

  • No cancellation for:

    • Ready to Ship items

    • Lucky Sizes

    • Customized items

  • All photographs may slightly vary in color from the actual product due to lighting conditions or screen settings.

  • Product embellishments such as embroidery, beads, or stones may slightly differ in placement, as many items are hand-crafted.

  • Minor irregularities in finish are not considered defects but a part of the productโ€™s uniqueness.
