We had clearly noted the measurements of dresses in every product. Please check with the size chart clearly before buying the item. Don’t compare with the size chart of any other brands. Size may vary from brand to brand. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. The measurement might have a difference of 1.0 - 2.0cm vary to the real item. For more information, you may seek our advice. All size & measurement charts serve as guidelines only.
Customer doesn’t like the colour or style, and wishes to change to another colour or style/pattern/design. All item pictures may not be 100% accurate of colours due to different display settings. Colours may be slightly vary due to photographic effects. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the dresses shown on our website /Facebook/ Instagram page. However, because the colours you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate. Picture featured is only for illustration purposes, please base on the actual product received.

• For exchange orders, there will be 100/- extra as reverse shipping charge

Cancellation : Order Cancellation is only available within 18 hours of order placing.
Why cancellation time is too low?
Our 80% of orders are on make on demand only. Once we received an order, we will handover it to stitching department. Once the stitching is finished, we cannot cancel the item.
We accept the return of products in unused condition with original tags and will be subjected to our inspection.
Refund is applicable, when?
• Product which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
• The product received is different from the ordered one.
What is the process to exchange my order?
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a reverse pick up . Please mention your Order Id or screenshot of the order and contact details.
Once we receive the item as back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Item showing delivered But it not received
In some cases when delivery agent tried to contact the customer and they were not attended the call, they mark delivery on shipment portal. So it shows the item has been successfully delivered. But the customer couldn't get the item. Customer contact the seller and ask us, item has not delivered but we receive notification as item has been delivered. At that time, we contacted the delivery service and make a case against them. It take 3-4 days tat to get a proper revert. So we need 4 days time to issue refund to our clients. So please be patient against the refund. We will issue refund to your account with in 4 days time. We won't initiate the refund to any other account. Refund only issue on original payment account only
