This is one of the worst experience , I ordered this frock for my daughter's first year birthday and they charged almost 4000rs and quality was too bad during the event the zip came out it was not fixed well and I felt so embraced I need to put a pin to hide it, u people charge so much why don't u provide proper service, it's very dissapointing, please don't order anything from this page not on ur big days. We checked our records and found that your order was placed on 8 April 2026 and shipped on 13 April 2026. Our last WhatsApp communication with you was on 10 April 2026, before the shipment. At the time of delivery, we did not receive any complaint regarding the zipper, fitting, or product damage.

You mentioned that we charge a high amount but do not provide proper service. We would like to clarify that we have provided proper service from our side. If there was any issue with the product, it should have been informed to us first through WhatsApp or email, so that our team could check and provide a proper solution.

As per our policy, any damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery so that we can resolve it through replacement, repair, or return options. In some genuine cases, even after 7 days, we still try our best to support and resolve the issue if it is reported within a reasonable time.

However, we received your complaint on 11 May 2026, which was more than 33 days after delivery. Unfortunately, this is far beyond our resolution period, and we were not informed about the issue earlier. Had the issue been reported within the given timeframe, we would have definitely helped resolve it.

We always request customers to contact us directly first for any issue. Posting misleading feedback without informing us on time is not fair to our service or to other customers.
