At Stanwells Kids, we care about the quality and longevity of every dress. To keep your outfit looking fresh and beautiful for a long time, please follow these wash-care guidelines carefully:

• Hand Wash Only – We do not recommend machine washing. Hand wash gently depending on the fabric and dress type.

• Use Mild Detergent – Always use a gentle, fabric-friendly detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.

• Cold Water Wash – Wash in normal or cold water to maintain fabric color and embroidery.

• Do Not Soak for Long – Do not leave the dress in water for an extended time, as some delicate accessories, beads, or embellishments may get damaged.

• Extra Care for Party Wear – Some party wear dresses are crafted with delicate handwork and premium fabrics. Please handle them with special care:

  • Strictly avoid soaking.

  • Do not rub or scrub the fabric.

  • Prefer dry cleaning for heavily embroidered or embellished dresses.

• Do Not Wring – Gently squeeze out excess water. Do not twist or wring the dress, as this may damage attachments or delicate work.

• Dry in Shade – Hang the dress in shade to dry. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

• Iron with Care – Use a low-heat setting while ironing. For dresses with embroidery, sequins, or beads, place a thin cloth on top before ironing.

• Store Properly – Keep the dress in a cool, dry place. For heavy work dresses, store in a garment bag to preserve shape and detailing.
