Order Cancellation Policy – Stanwells Kids

At Stanwells Kids, we craft each product with love and care, often on a made-to-order basis. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we offer limited cancellations under the following terms:

✅ Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement.

  • Cancellations must be requested by contacting us through:

❌ Cancellations Not Allowed

We do not allow cancellations in the following cases:

  • If the order is already sent to production/stitching (usually after 5 hours).

  • If the product is Ready to Ship, part of Lucky Sizes, or a Customized order.

  • If the order has already been shipped or packed.

💸 Refund Deductions (If Approved)

If cancellation is approved within the eligible window:

  • A 5% payment gateway transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

If cancellation is requested after production has begun, and accepted due to an emergency:

  • A 7% restocking fee will be deducted to cover material and handling costs.

⏳ Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method after cancellation approval.
